Uneori nu ai timp sa astepti ca aluatul sa creasca. Alteori nu mai ai drojdie prin casa dar totusi vrei pizza. Acest tip de aluat iti este la indemana atunci cand te afli in astfel de situatii. Uneori oamenii exclud drojdia din retete din motive religioase sau din cauza alegiilor la drojdie. Acesti oameni nu se pot bucura de pizza decat daca isi prepara singuri un blat de pizza fara drojdie.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Spre deosebire de aluatul cu drojdie, aluatul de pizza fara drojdie nu va creste la fel de mult, va avea textura in mica parte asemanatoare cu cea a unui biscuite, iar gustul este putin sec. Poti compensa pentru aceste aspecte folosind praf de copt in locul drojdiei si poti adauga ierburi sau praf de usturoi in reteta de aluat fara drojdie. Oregano este o optiune buna si la fel si amestecul de oregano cu busuioc. Experimenteaza putin pentru a afla ce iti place.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Blatul de pizza fara drojdie poate fi congelat pentru folosiri viitoare. Pentru asta framanta aluatul in forma de pizza, ca atunci cand vrei sa il pui in cuptor. Acopera aluatul in folie si pune-l in congelator. Poti face mai multe blaturi mai mici, sa le pui unul peste altul cu folie intre ele sa nu se lipeasca, sa le infoasori impreuna in folie si sa le depozitezi in congelator. Blatul de pizza astfel depozitat poate rezista pana la 3 luni. Cand vrei sa le folosesti le poti dezgheta sau nu. Blatul se va dezgheta oricum in timp ce cuptorul se preincalzeste.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Vei avea nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cesti de faina&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 lingurite de praf de copt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lingurita de sare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 lingurite de ulei&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2/3 ceasca de lapte (daca vrei sa iasa mai pufos)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Prepararea blatului de pizza fara drojdie:&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Amesteca ingredientele intr-un bol si framanta pana cand aluatul se prinde, devine fin si elastic. Acum cu mana sapa o mica gaura in mijlocul amestecului de sare si faina. In gaura toarna laptele incalzit si presara drojdia peste lapte. Acum asteapta pana ce drojdia se dizolva complet in lapte. Dupa ce drojdia s-a dizolvat putem relua prepararea aluatului pufos de pizza adaugand ouale batute. Amesteca si framanta aluatul pana cand acesta devine fin si elastic. Acum amesteca aluatul obtinut cu untul pana cand aluatul devine din nou omogen. Cu un prosop acopera aluatul si aseaza-l intr-un loc calduros sa creasca timp de vreo 40 minute. Ei au inceput sa le adauge la aluatul de paine dand nastere astfel primei retete de pizza.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Odata cu cresterea popularitatii rosiilor, mozzarella isi face simtita prezenta. Mozzarella a aparut in Italia dupa ce bivolul a fost importat din India in secolul 7. Pe atunci mozzarella se prepara doar din apa si lapte de bivolita. Popularitatea ei a crescut foarte incet pana a doua jumatate a sec 18. Insa rosiile  si mozzarella s-au folosit impreuna ca ingrediente intr-o reteta de pizza abia in anul 1889.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In 1889, un patron de taverna italieneasca pe nume Don Raffaele Esposito a venit cu ideea unei retete de pizza care sa includa rosii, mozzarella si busuioc. Acum, intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins, pune ceapa tocata si fa-o sauté. Cand s-a inmuiat adauga carnea tocata si prajeste pana se face. Acum adauga salsa si porumbul din conserva si ferbe pana cand compozitia este mai groasa asezonand cu sare si piper dupa gust. Opreste focul.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Acum pune aluatul in tava unsa si unge-l cu pasta de tomate. Deasupra aseaza amestecul de mai sus si cascavalul ras. Pune pizza la cuptor pentru 15-20 min sau pana aluatul devine auriu. Amesteca putin avocado piuree cu sucul de lamaie si toarna deasupra pizzei cand e gata. Marunteste ceapa si usturoiul si pune-le peste carnea tocata. Adauga pasta de tomate si stinge totul cu vin alb. Fierbe compozitia la foc mic timp de 10 minute. Adauga oregano maruntit, sare, piper si boia dupa gust. Acum poti lua compozitia de pe foc. Opareste rosiile, le decojesti si le tai felii.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Incalzeste cuptorul la 200C si intinde aluatul intr-o tava sau tigaie de pizza. Procedezi la fel pentru ciuperci, daca folosesti astfel de legume proaspete, iar daca sunt conservate, le scurgi si le tai in felii. Tai in cubulete sunca si kaizerul. Intr-o tigaie cu 1 lingura ulei, inabusi ceapa, spanacul si ciupercile proaspete. Adaugi sunca si kaizerul si continui sa le inabusi timp de 1-2 minute. Amesteci ketchupul cu busuioc, cimbru si piper dupa gust.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Treci blaturile de pizza prin lapte, apoi prin ou batut si le prajesti pe rand, pe ambele fete, in uleiul ramas.  Ungi cu margarina o tava mare. Asezi blaturile si le acoperi cu amestecul de legume si mezeluri. Torni deasupra ouale batute ramase si ketchupul condimentat, apoi presari cascavalul ras.  Introduci tava in cuptorul preincalzit, la foc mijlociu, pentru 5-10 minute. Aduci la masa pizza calda, impreuna cu piper si ketchup.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pe data viitoare. Bate albusurile spuma, iar galbenusurile freaca-le cu putina sare si adauga-le peste albusuri. Apoi, desupra, adauga iaurtul, uleiul, praful de copt stins cu putin otet si la final faina dupa ce a fost cernuta. Vei obtine un aluat de consistenta unei smantane groase.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Preincalzeste cuptorul la 200-220 grade Celsius pentru 10 minute. Intre timp Pune aluatul obtinut mai devreme intr-o tigaie de teflon unsa cu margarina. Taie sunca si pieptul de pui felii si adauga-le peste blat in tigaie. Pune totul la cuptor. Cand este aproape gata (cam 25 minute) rade mozarella desupra si mai lasa la cuptor pana cand mozarella se topeste&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Aceasta este pizza mea preferata, iar reteta este usor de urmat. Pofta buna si te mai astept si cu alte retete de pizza delicioase. Aranjeaza  feliile de rosii mari si mici iar intre, feliile de ceapa rosie.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Presara cu sare, piper si oregano. Acopera cu branza rasa si pune totul la cuptor timp de 5-10 minute,pana cand marginile sunt crocante. Lasa-l sa creasca 30-40 de minute. Aluatul obtinut este suficient pentru 3 blaturi de pizza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Pregateste un blat pentru pizza facand cateva perforatii cu degetele. Pune deasupra urmatorul amestec: sare, piper, rozmarin si cimbru tocat. In cazul în care ierburile sunt uscate, inmoaie-le in apa timp de 10 minute si apoi usuca-le pe prosoape de hartie.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt; Lasa blatul sa creasca 50-60 de minute.
